Help me to remember to care for the littlest of children with tenderness & compassion,
Keep me mindful that babies cannot tell me their needs so I can use every one of my senses in caring for them,
Give me the grace to teach the parents with patience & show unconditional love,
Help us to care for each other when the shift is long and work stressful,
Remind me to be thankful for this healing ministry
